What does your event recording process look like?+
Our service covers five stages: brief and shoot planning, location scout, multi-camera on-site capture, post-production editing (including brand visual integration), and multi-platform export. From corporate events, conferences, and press conferences to product launches — we plan through delivery.
How soon can we receive the edited footage after the event?+
It depends on event scale and requirements. A highlight cut (about 1-3 minutes) typically takes 3-5 business days after the event; a quick version for media can be provided same-day or the day after as a rough cut; a full package with multi-platform outputs takes about 1-2 weeks. We provide a clear timeline at kickoff.
Can you film at our venue?+
Absolutely. We offer on-location filming at offices, conference centers, exhibition halls, hotel ballrooms, and outdoor venues. We complete a location scout before the shoot to ensure lighting and audio conditions meet quality requirements.
How is event recording priced?+
Pricing depends on event scale, shoot hours, camera count, and output requirements (multi-platform versions, subtitles, motion graphics, etc.). We don't post a flat price because a one-hour press conference and a full-day corporate gala have entirely different needs. Share your event overview via the form and we'll give a clear quote.
