How long does a LOGO design project take?+
Our standard LOGO design process — including trademark search, 2-3 concept directions, and 2-3 rounds of refinement — takes approximately 3-4 weeks. Projects that include a full CIS system typically take 4-6 weeks. We provide a clear milestone schedule at kickoff so you always know what's coming.
How many revisions are included? What does 'one round' mean?+
Our standard scope includes 2-3 revision rounds. Each round is defined as: you provide feedback → the designer implements changes → you review. Every round includes a structured discussion session — it's not a model of unlimited micro-adjustments. We believe thoughtful rounds produce better results than unlimited tweaks.
Who owns the intellectual property after completion?+
Upon final approval, full intellectual property rights transfer entirely to you. We provide all original source files (AI, PDF, SVG, and more) along with IP transfer documentation. You are free to use, modify, and register the LOGO as a trademark without any restrictions from our side.
Do you actually conduct trademark searches? What does that involve?+
Yes — trademark search is a standard step in our process before any design begins. We search the Intellectual Property Office database to confirm that the direction we're designing toward doesn't conflict with existing registered trademarks. This step ensures that after design completion, you can file for trademark registration without discovering the design is already blocked.
What is font licensing, and what's the risk of ignoring it?+
Font licensing is the right to use a typeface commercially as part of a LOGO or brand identity. Many studios use unlicensed fonts, and brands later receive infringement notices that force costly rebranding. We explicitly document the commercial licensing status of every typeface used and provide a font licensing register with your deliverables.
