Branding & Consulting
Branding work has seven entry points, each matching a different stage and challenge. Understand where you are in the brand journey first, then choose the right service — the guide below helps you locate yourself in 30 seconds.
Where is your brand in its journey?
Three common brand situations, each with a different starting point. Find the one closest to your reality and go straight to the matching service.
Startup / Early Stage
The brand has no name yet, or has a name the market doesn't recognise. This stage needs the groundwork of building an identity from zero: naming, positioning, and a visual system.
- Startups or newly independent brands
- Trademark not yet registered
- Positioning and name still to be defined
Established Brand Needs Adjustment
The brand has operated for a while, but market perception has drifted from the image you intend. This is usually not a restart but a recalibration on existing assets: repositioning or a visual upgrade.
- 3+ years old with an established audience
- Aging image or blurred positioning
- Recent M&A, transformation, or succession
Needs an Ongoing Advisor, Not a One-Off Project
Brand decisions don't lack execution — they lack a role that stays in the strategy conversation. If you want a partner who engages long-term and adjusts direction as the business moves, this calls for an advisory relationship.
- A fixed contact in strategy discussions
- Brand work is continuous, not one-off
- Involves media and channel decisions too

Gong Yi Construction|Turning Values Into a Recognisable Identity System
A full CIS grown from one belief — justice
Gong Yi Construction was founded to be a sustainable enterprise upholding justice and fairness. The design challenge: turn that abstract belief into a system that is visually felt and remembered. Construction demands steadiness and trusted reliability, so we visualised the values in an elegant yet resilient tone — from brand positioning to trademark and a full CIS, aligning name, ideals, and image for long-term identity capital.

De Shan|A Single Image Across Two Scales, Mark and Signage
Logo, signage, and CIS completed in one project
De Shan's identity centers on the image of a mountain — corresponding, in visual vocabulary, to solidity, stability, and deep roots, the operating qualities the brand wanted to convey. The design challenge was making that image work across two very different scales: a printed mark, and a physical storefront sign. The CIS rules explicitly document the presentation standards for both contexts, keeping the image consistent whether enlarged or reduced.

Nan Qian Yakiniku|A 70-Year Group Enters F&B — Brand and Space Established in Parallel
Carrying group heritage while speaking directly to young yakiniku diners
Nan Qian Yakiniku belongs to Kaohsiung's Quan Cheng F&B group, known for over 70 years of Shantou hotpot. Entering yakiniku, the positioning challenge was inheriting the group's deep trust while drawing younger diners through the door. We defined the brand character and market distinction, then extended it into CIS and a spatial identity system — from storefront visuals to in-store layout — so the brand's personality lands at every customer touchpoint and creates a clear memory from day one.

AURZ|A Full Identity System for a Pet Brand
A warm identity consistent from logo to application
A pet brand is remembered through a warm, friendly, consistent image. For AURZ, from positioning we built an identity core with a friendly visual language, extending to CIS and applications — the bond between brand and pets shown consistently at every touchpoint, a cute yet professional system.

Nobel Biotech|A Brand Recognition Strategy in a Crowded Market
Clear positioning plus consistent visuals — how a skincare brand gets remembered
A skincare brand succeeds on clear positioning and a consistent visual system. The consulting work: build Nobel Biotech's brand strategy from product positioning and audience, then extend to logo, CIS, and mask packaging — giving recognition in a crowded market and a solid professional image that supports perceived value.

Guo Rui|Positioning a Cross-City Finance Advisory Brand
One identity system speaking in both Hong Kong and Shenzhen
Guo Rui Consulting began in Hong Kong with a Shenzhen branch in prime financial districts — a classic cross-city positioning challenge: standing out in a crowded market with one brand that holds in both Hong Kong and Shenzhen. We positioned it on "agile, close, professional" and made that visible with a steady, international identity extending from positioning to CIS.
