About the client
Hua Hsi Chang Enterprise is based in Kaohsiung and trades and distributes steel products, seamless pipe in particular. Its site says it has been in seamless-pipe distribution since 1962, supplying petrochemical, structural-steel and public-works projects.
Its slogan is "Excellent products, quality, and service first", and it lists ISO, API and LR certifications along with galvanising, PE coating, blasting, painting and cutting services.

Corporate website design and build
A red-and-black palette with photography of pipe and fabrication sets an industrial tone; the home page opens with a full-width slider.

Five-item main menu
Home, About, Products, Delivery Records and Contact — a shallow structure that can be read at a glance.

Product categories and catalogue download
The Products page shows seamless pipe and other categories as cards, with a catalogue and specification-sheet download.

Chinese–English content and contact form
About and Contact pages carry Chinese and English side by side; the contact form includes a company field for business enquiries.
